(사)대한스쿼시연맹은 지난 3월 21일부터 25일까지 청주시에서 제19회 아시아선수권대회를 개최함에 있어 사진에 대한 원작자 출처를 파악하지 않고 스쿼시 경기 사진을 사용한 바 있습니다.

사진작가는 Guo Xiaoming님으로 사용 전에 사진에 대한 출처 파악하지 않고 사진 작가의 동의없이 무단으로 사용하게 되어 진심으로 사과의 말씀을 드립니다.

사진은 작가님께 피해를 주거나 상업적인 목적으로 전혀 사용하지 않았으며 순수히 대회 홍보를 위한 목적으로만 사용하였기에 작가님께 겸손하게 양해를 구하는 바입니다.

(사)대한스쿼시연맹은 차후에 이러한 일이 발생하지 않도록 할 것이며 늦었지만 사진 사용에 대한 사용료를 성실히 지불하겠습니다.

거듭 사과의 말씀을 전합니다.

The Korea Squash Federation regrets to inform that we used a photo of the tournament was taken by Guo Xiaoming without her consent for a poster in regard to hold at the 2018 Asian Team Championships in Cheongju, South Korea from 21st to 25th March 2018.

We sincerely apologize for the error that we did not clearly identify the source of the photo and used it without permission.

We ask for her understanding regarding this issue because we did not intend to use the picture for commercial purposes or an infringement on her rights.

We view the error seriously and on the occasion where an error does occur, we will take swift to pay for a royalty of the photograph and appropriate action.
